Quiet Place
Went to see the new Bond movie tonight, "Casino Royale". Man I really enjoyed that, its been so long from i've sat in the cinema i'd forgot how much I enjoyed it. No mobile, no appointments, just you and that big screen. Philly my big son made fun of my attentiveness to the screen even taking a photo of me side on staring at the movie. I was totally unaware of this until he showed me it at home.
Its good to chill sometimes and I wonder to I do it enough, just find something that completley unwinds you and do it.
I was reading in Marks gospel this morning in 6:31 that Jesus went to a QUIET PLACE to rest a while because there was so many people they didn't have time to eat.
See even Jesus got too busy and He had to chill. I think had there been an omniplex He would have grabbed a movie with His mates. Now there's a thought!

i agree with Meg, i don't know where you're coming from,i was disgusted to read your comments,i have unsaved brothers who wouldn't even speak like that!!!
when Jesus was alone i believe it was to contemplate the cross that was set before him and as a man he felt the awful burden this was to be, even for the lovely Son Of God. Jesus is not our best Mate He's to be honoured with respected above all and i feel you have lacked to give my Blessed Savoiur, who means so much to me, and has done so much for me His Proper place and honour!!

To charge Phil with verging on blasphemy is absolutely ludacrous.Whether you agree with his comments or not,show some respect.It seems to me that the three hear,lack in the fruit of the Spirit.
Kr here,phil i agree with your comment.I think like ya said jesus needed a bit of time to chill out,on his own or with his mates.I personally dont see how that is verging on blasphemic or anywhere near it at all.Think people need to lighten up and realise that jesus was human too and needed a bit of space and peace and quiet.quite frankly cant blame him considering all the head melters out there who put there mouth in gear before thinkin first.keep her lit big phil.Kr xo
