Leaned towards
I was reading Psalm 40 yesterday and was injoying the idea from verse 1 that God inclines towards us to hear our cry and petitions.
I then went to visit my Mum who at 84 is a little hard of hearing. I love my Mum and still at her age is full of wisdom and compassion, I glean from it everyday. As we chatted about the scripture she leaned towards me to hear what I was saying and it clicked, thats what God does, He leans toward us with His full posture. Wow that bowled me over and set me up for the rest of the day. Hope you enjoy.
