Bring it on
I couldn't let New years Day pass without blogging. It's my favourite day of the year, a day of new beginnings, a day of closere, a day of freshness.
Isaiah 43:19 puts it this way when quoting God's promise,
"For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun it, do you not see it?
I will make a pathway through the wilderness,
I will create rivers in a dry wasteland...so my chosen people can be refreshed".
Isn't that flippen amazing, God doing something new in your life this year even creating a river where your life has been laid to waste. I have one thing to say to all that...BRING IT ON.

Thanks for sharing this about newness and "suddenlies" the other week in church. it was a challenging perspective the Lord's teaching me right now and it was encouraging to have your forthrightness on the subject.
