Driven 6

Changing the way you think is not an easy task, Philippians 2:5 tells us to develop the mind of Christ. Change always starts in your mind, (The place of the skull) Ephesians 4:23 tells us to be renewed in the Spirit of our minds, there must be a change of thoughts and attitudes.
The starting point for this is called repentance, the Greek means to change ones mind. That change must be about God, about yourself, your future, other people, your life and everything else.
Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 14:20 and tells the people to stop acting like babies. Babies are completley selfish, they are incapable of giving, they only recieve.
In 1 Corinthians 13:11 Paul tells us to put off Childish things, maybe we just need to grow up. Christianity is not a religion or a philosophy but a relationship and a lifestyle and I am certain that the core of that lifestyle is thinking of others.
Maybe today is a new start for you, new beginnings understanding that you are a forgiven child of God and that you don't have to live under the bondage of guilt and sin. I love Psalm 32:1 "What happiness for those whose guilt has been ".forgiven...what relief for those who have confessed their sins and God has cleared their record".
If today you are under bondage to a certain habit or sin, be freed in Jesus name, you don't need to live under that bondage because Praise God Jesus died to release you from the bondage of sin. What are you DRIVEN by?
