The Lords Day
I woke with this little phrase running through my head, "THE LORDS DAY". In Revelation 1:10 John says, "It was the Lords day and I was worshipping in the Spirit". It was while in this attitude that he heard the voice telling all to write in the book. Isn't funny how we all can become to complacent about the Lords day and going to church, coming home, eating dinner, sleeping on the couch and no fireworks, no loud voice saying, "Hey Phil what about writing what I tell you in a book and giving the church a bit of a shake".
Surely when the Lords people come together in the Lords house on the Lords day there should be some sort of divine combustable energy to glean from that should leak out all over our communitys.
Here's a wee challange today, stop complaining about it not happening and go and make it happen, remember one plus God is always a majority. So go to His house and begin to worship Him with all your heart and then listen for his voice.
We have over 30 being baptized today and I can hardly contain myself as I write this, I am busting with excitment for them. Lives changed, destinies rerouted in Christ. He is worth all the energy you can worship him with this morning so go on, give it a go.
