God wants to

Over the last couple of days we have been looking at identity and how to see yourself through God’s eyes. At this point it is imperative that you realize a few things.
1. God wants you to have a Dream.
2. God wants you to have Vision.
3. God wants you to have Hope.
4. God wants the desires of your heart to become a reality.
Psalm 37:4 “Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart”. God’s Word is a simple book, it’s the scholars that sometimes confuse it, reading into it what is not there. My philosophy for God’s Word has always been, if the Word says it then I believe it no matter what every circumstance or person says.
If you are going to go anywhere with your identity you must believe that God has a plan for you, there are no accidents in God’s kingdom. You must also place priorities in your life like Matthew 6:33 “Seek first the kingdom of God and His right ways, then everything else will be added on”. Now that is not a complicated verse to understand yet few actually will stand on the strength of it and fully believe it. I challenge you to try it. It works every time, no exceptions. When God’s in the right place you have nothing to fear because He will work it out, it's His promise. I read this yesterday Psalm 146:6b “He (God) is the one that keeps every promise forever”.
Listen to me, HOLD ON to His promises, they CANNOT fail.

Philip

Your first point caught my attention this morning. I am a dreamer! Some of the best things I ever did started with a dream that seemed crazy or unrealistic at the time. Half of the things I dream about never materialise, but those that are from God do. Some of my dreams have been life long and are still not completely fulfilled, but I cannot let go of them because God seems to have placed them within me.

I think one of the things I love about Emmanuel is that there is a faith in a God who is able to do the impossible. Nothing is too difficult if the dream has originated in Him.

It's a great way to live!

Blessings,
Nina

Fab promise. I will always remember it from now on and think of the good day we had when you read it.
