Streams

In the the days following Jills passing someone left the little book "Streams in the Desert". What a blessing it has become to me, every morning a little nugget of encouragement has jumped out. Streams and rivers in the Bible are an interesting topic, Like for instance, we don't know a lot about Eden but we know a river ran through it and watered it.
Over the past 5 weeks I have daily found supply at little streams in the Word of God, in walking and Praying, actually more just crying out to God but there has been a supply which I want to encourage you to go to.
Jesus' own words in John 7:37-38 where "If any man thirst, let him come to me and drink. He that believes on me...out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water".
It can't come out if it dosn't go in. I know thats not that profound but its fact.
Where are you getting your supply from today. I'm heading to the STREAM.
love yas

Hey Phil

I see you're out on the mighty Lough this morning... My prayer for you today is that the God of the wind and waves will calm your storm and speak peace to your soul.

Love ya!

J

Hi Philip

I read your blog every day and am really touched by how you express what you are going through. Probably the most difficult thing you will ever face, but the Lord will bring you through it, even though it is so sore and painful - love ya, lenny
